The Cockatrice is a monster encountered in the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic episode " Stare Master " and it was also based upon the legendary creature of the same name and shared many of the same qualities of its mythological counterpart. Fluttershy's ill-considered offer to let the rambunctious Cutie Mark Crusaders sleep over at her house drives her to distraction and then danger. Not consistent as such, with a few disappointments including this, but almost all the episodes up to this point are very good and above and a handful even excellent, the best being among my favourite episodes of the show's early seasons.Keep track of everything you watch; tell your friends.
