The coronavirus pandemic is affecting all corners of the globe in many different ways, with many events being cancelled - and European football is no different.The majority of football leagues in Europe have been suspended until at least early April, including La Liga in Spain, the Premier League in England and Serie A in Italy.This weekend alone saw the postponement of big clashes like the Revierderby between Borussia Dortmund and Schalke, and Manchester United's trip to Tottenham Hotspur.Everyone associated with football, from fans to players, are contemplating how to use their time and English club Leyton Orient have come up with a decent idea.The side currently sitting 17th in League Two have taken to Twitter to try and set up a huge 64-team tournament on EA Sports' FIFA 20 video game in order to pass some of the time.On Sunday evening, Leyton Orient tweeted out their intention to organise a FIFA 20 competition dubbed "Ultimate QuaranTeam" and encouraged 63 other teams to enter.The tournament is open to every single club on FIFA 20 and all they have to do to enter is simply retweet the tweet from Orient's official Twitter account shown below:The League Two outfit also insisted that any club that wants to enter needs to be on the latest edition of FIFA and they must play as themselves in the tournament.It seems as though the FIFA tournament will be purely knock-out in style, with every loss resulting in elimination until only two teams remain to contest a grand final.Of course, the size of the tournament may have to get adjusted depending on how many teams decide to play, but look out for an FA Cup-style draw on Tuesday.What would make Orient's competition even more entertaining for followers is if some Premier League big boys got involved, but only time will tell whether or not that happens.© 2020 Sports New Media Limited.
