kinda getting annoying when trying to watch stuff on the olympics which plays all the way through midnightat least an hour, I haven't stayed up much past that with the static... and as for static yes I am talking about static on the analog channels, but the digital channels are just pitch black and my Tivo HD says the SNR is very low when this happens (which I'd assume with nothing on that channel when it goes out)but like I said before it's just the video channels, the internet stays on perfectly fine when video goes out... and the cable modem reports the signals as +2db and 46dbmV so well within spec for that...im having the same problem here in fort lauderdale but it happens all day... then after a while it works until exactly midnite the box goes out and comes back and the on demand stops working until 10am every night i dont know what there doing but if they want to hold onto there customers they need to start making some changes cause im very close to canceling and telling them to come pick up there boxesAnd I know someone is gona suggest maybe it's the tivo, but this is reproducable on 6 TV's in the house, 4 of which are not connected to cable boxes and only have analog cable1 have 2 tv's with cable 1 with a box 1 without 1 without works fine and like what was mentioned at exactly midnite the box goes out and doesnt work again until 10am all is the basic channels like CW, MY33, CBS, NBC and Nickelodeon would be the only things working after midnight i cant watch anything no on demand no nothing the only thing thats been working properly is the internet which as we speak is acting up it keeps saying my cable modem has been unplugged and the cable modem keeps resetting itself idk whats going on but this is outrageousif its at midnight, obviously its some sort of system maint.

I've done tons of resets, power cycles, had the xfinity app send a reset and nothing works.

Trying to get someone on the to get a credit since U are down! every single video channel goes out... oddly internet still works perfectly fine with no signal fluctuation... anyone know what Comcast has been doing in the Indiana, Pa area every night at midnight?

It happens each night at about 8.00 to 9.00pm and lasts for about 30 mins. I did another speed test and it was horrible again but at least I have some Internet. Never got a refund. I went into my modem settings and saw a lot of critical errors. At approximately 9pm, almost every night, it starts glitching (audio and video). I moved to Comcast Biz internet because this SAME ISSUE was happening on the residential side. If you would like to pm me your account information, I would be happy to take a look!
