Story
Here we have twists and turns that you will never see coming.
Story
Didn’t like the protagonist at first.
Between the narrator and the story this was a great listen and I can’t wait (hopefully there is one )but can’t wait for the next sequel .. this was an enjoyable listen and it’s like humor with a little bit of scary but not really scary- if that makes sense .. highly recommended!!!
It has highs and lows and is just a really wild ride.
The government wanted to unlock hidden abilities in the human mind.
It's worth more than you're charging!
The long hours.
Memorable characters.
Performance
I can only hope Netflix pick this up as the author truly deserves more recognition.
Overall
Photos soon emerge online of heads on spikes outside of rides and viscera and human bones littering the gift shops, breaking records for hits, views, likes, clicks, and shares.
“I’m not really sure,” I answered, digging the clumps of dirt out of my nose and ears.
I have little sense of humor, but even so I frequently laughed aloud at some of the scenes or turns of phrase, so yes, I guess this is a "horror comedy."
With the body count steadily on the rise and a dark, ancient force infecting the dreams of everyone around him, Jack will do everything in his power to stay out of the way and mind his own business. Just fantastic! There is a story tying everything together, but the main attraction is the day to day happenings at the gas station, and how Jack manages them.
Then I listened to John Grilz read it on the Creepy podcast.
Still a little confused with things so I am about to start part 2 hoping for some clarification.
Overall
:)Sort of just a truckload of weird stories dumped in a pile, but done with such style that I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Story
I love this series.
I love the narration as it is extremely energetic and well done. Overall
Tales from the Gas Station is an ongoing horror comedy blog as told by a gas station clerk in the weirdest town on Earth.
