While Lois drives Stewie home from a birthday party, the boy is inadvertently exposed to an Anne Murray song and falls in love with the singer. Meanwhile, Chris is bullied for wearing cheap trainers and pinches money from Lois's purse, unfortunately for him, Meg sees him and blackmails him, Chris runs away, moving in with Herbert.  Brian initially makes fun of her and her music but also soon gets swept up in Stewie’s obsession.  To solve the debate they decide to track down Murray herself and make a visit to her house.  Chris soon tires of her the pact and decides to run away from home to live with Herbert. The obsession soon spread to Brian and the two traveled to meet the Canadian singer in order to learn the true meaning of the song. The Chris storyline involving Megan was an OK plot but my problem was showing the character of Herbert in a main storyline as he is a character that works better for one liners rather then being focused on.
