In the data Agrabah, Player, Aladdin, and Jafar (disguised as a feeble old man) travel through the deserts of Agrabah in search for the legendary lamp. The Cave makes an appearance as a location within the Agrabah world and is fought as a boss in Jasmine and the game's protagonist visited the cave in search of Abu and treasure. He is shown to be a strict enforcer of rules and regulations. However, Abu rushes forward, steals the lamp back, and bites Jafar, causing him to drop them into the Cave just before hw slams his mouth closed, trapping Aladdin, Abu, and the Carpet within. These qualities are what ultimately class the Cave as a villainous character. The Cave then begins to make itself crumble and collapse, and causes waves of lava to flood its chambers. It is a hidden cavern filled with vast riches and magical artifacts, most notably, the genie's magic lamp. However, a statue of the Cave is seen in Though never appearing in the show, the Cave is mentioned by Iago in the episode "Shadow of a Doubt" when the heroes are going to a mirror cave to get an item to stop The Cave of Wonders returns in the 2019 live-action remake of Unlike in the 1992 film, this version of the Cave has its entrance carved into the side of a mountain. When Aladdin, Abu, and Carpet are ready to escape, Aladdin hands Jafar the lamp, but successfully almost causes Aladdin to fall to his demise, still with Abu defending him from Jafar. The Cave is first seen at the beginning of the film, awoken by Aladdin and Abu enter the Cave through the tiger's mouth, and are tempted by the abundance of gold and jewels they find inside. Like in the animated version at the end of the film, when Jafar and Iago are both trapped in the lamp and Agrabah is restored to normal, the Genie sends Jafar's lamp far into the Cave of Wonders. However, after freeing the all-powerful Genie, all four of them are able to escape the Cave. However, they resist touching anything. The Cave of Wonders appears as a recurring location in the game's story, where the player character travels to battle Heartless. The Cave of Wonders appears in the Season 6 episode "The Cave of Wonders is first seen during the musical number "When Aladdin is tasked to find the lamp as ordered by Jafar to make him rich (this time not disguised as an elderly beggar) the Cave of Wonders then accepts him as he is described as the "Diamond in the Rough". Aladdin soon finds the lamp and takes it, but at the same time Abu grabs a large ruby. The Cave of Wonders made an appearance in the 2000 PlayStation video game In the first game, the Cave of Wonders appears as a brief antagonist, being controlled by the dark powers of the Sora must make his way on top of the tiger head and rapidly hit the eyes while keeping his balance, as the head is constantly trying to throw him off. The Cave does not object or stand in their way. Like in the animated film, Aladdin rubs the lamp to get his wish from the Genie in which he grants him to help the three escape. At the end of the film, after Jafar's defeat, the Genie takes the lamp that Jafar and Iago are trapped in and flings it back into the Cave.
