Fraser serves children and adults through healthcare, housing, education and employment. PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS (ABA client form, outpatient client form, staff form) We will do a forehead temperature screening of children in ABA, Day Treatment and at Fraser School.
Before arriving at a Fraser location or upon check-in, clients and staff must complete a wellness screening form. Sensory Certification & Supports Studies show early intervention leads to better outcomes and helps children prepare for school.
